Head BD Search and Evaluate - High Investments

Our pharmaceutical client is currently seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join their innovative Branded department as Head of BD Strategy and Licencing based in London. In this role, you will have the chance to leverage your scientific background and expertise to contribute to the growth of the innovative department.

The hiring manager, based in the US, offers a work environment that promotes autonomy and allows you to take ownership of your work, providing you with the freedom to make an impact in a global pharmaceutical setting.

Responsibilities:

- Engage in Search & Evaluate activities to analyze the scientific potential of products for acquisition and licensing

- Play an integral role in growing the innovative Branded department and contributing to its success and development

- Collaborate with global team members to assess potential products in the areas of Immunology, Rheumatology, Oncology, Ophthalmology, and Dermatology, driving the company's strategic goals forward

Requirements:

- Hold a PhD or Medical Doctor degree

- Demonstrate 10+ years of experience in the pharma industry, with a network and expertise in Immunology, Rheumatology, Oncology, Ophthalmology, or Dermatology

- Previous experience in similar roles like Search & Evaluate and Licensing, emphasizing a balance between scientific acumen and business strategy

- Fluent level of English
