Construction Manager
- Manage onsite teams, liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery within deadlines and budgets.
- Review project plans, monitor progress, and prepare reports to keep stakeholders informed and projects aligned with objectives.
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager within the rail or construction industry, with relevant qualifications.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety standards, project management tools, and regulatory requirements.
- Valid certifications such as CSCS, SMSTS, or equivalent, and own PPE and essential surveying tools.
