Media Executive
Job Location: Greenford, London
About the Role:
Are you passionate about media, brand visibility, and delivering impactful campaigns that shape consumer perception?
In this dynamic role as Media Executive, you’ll support the Region Media Manager (RMM) in implementing UK&I Media guidelines and delivering best-in-class integrated media campaigns across the Ferrero and FBC portfolio. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, coordinating multiple stakeholders, monitoring campaign performance, and ensuring alignment with Group standards and media procurement frameworks. As part of the UK&I Media Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning, execution, and reporting of media campaigns across all channels—ensuring consistency, compliance, and creative excellence. You will help translate brand objectives into effective media activations, working closely with internal marketing teams, external media agencies, and procurement partners. This role is central to ensuring that all campaigns meet Ferrero’s standards and deliver measurable results.Main Responsibilities:
You will support the Region Media Manager (RMM) and team throughout the annual media planning cycle for the UK and Ireland, from developing briefs and coordinating with media agencies to aligning with brand and area teams and managing post-campaign reviews. You’ll monitor campaign execution, ensuring adherence to Group standards, and provide regular updates and performance insights to both regional and marketing teams.
In line with Ferrero’s media procurement standards, you’ll also contribute to post-campaign tracking and audit analysis, ensuring accuracy and transparency in data collection and reporting. You will help manage the implementation of Media Flow plans, overseeing the correct data upload from media agencies, verifying ad placements, and reconciling spend in collaboration with marketing and finance teams. You’ll lead the coordination of reporting processes, reviewing bi-weekly updates, campaign performance summaries, and quarterly competitive analyses. By maintaining strong oversight of these processes, you’ll ensure that campaigns are delivering against key KPIs and support continuous improvement in media effectiveness. A key aspect of your role will involve stakeholder collaboration. You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external partners—including media agencies, marketing teams, procurement, and verification vendors—to ensure smooth communication and execution across all projects. You’ll also play a role in sharing knowledge, insights, and learnings from campaigns to support upskilling across the brand teams and drive media excellence within the UK&I region.About You:
We’re looking for someone with a strong interest in media, consumer behaviour, and market innovation—someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and can balance attention to detail with strategic awareness. You’ll bring at least one year of experience in a media-related role, ideally within FMCG or a fast-paced consumer environment, with a good understanding of media channels including digital, retail, and HFSS-compliant platforms.
You should demonstrate excellent organisation and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail will help you review campaign data and performance effectively, while your communication skills will support strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
A good understanding of the UK&I market and consumer dynamics is essential, as is the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Knowledge of media agency processes, commercial awareness, and familiarity with media planning or procurement would be advantageous. Above all, you should be passionate about delivering high-quality work, maintaining brand integrity, and continuously learning within the evolving media landscape.
