Associate
Knight Frank is looking to hire a Commercial Valuer to join our expanding Glasgow Commercial Valuations department., We are looking to expand the Glasgow Commercial Valuations department and currently have an opening which we can tailor for the right candidate. The role will include undertaking a range of high quality valuations across all mainstream commercial sectors and covering Scotland and the wider northern region. The valuation work will be primarily for loan security purposes for established lenders but will also include collaborative projects within the wider valuation service line and across the KF network.,
- Undertake loan security valuations as gained personally or allocated by seniors, in an accurate and professional manner.
- Preparing and issuing reports to advise on value.
- Understand and be proficient in the use of software packages employed in undertaking valuations (Argus Enterprise, Argus Developer, KEL, MRI) Working as part of a team to service valuation and advisory workstreams
- Working with the wider Knight Frank network across Commercial Investment, Residential, and regional colleagues.
- Understand and uphold the KF best practice procedures.
- Abide by the principle of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) as required by the RICS
- Prepare and manage fee quotes. MRICS (min 3 years PQE)
- Registered under the RICS Valuer Registration Scheme.
- Aptitude in Argus Enterprise, Argus Developer, KEL, MRI
- Broad UK property and secured lending valuations experience.
- Ability to engage with other professionals and general public alike in promoting the firm and building your profile in a professional manner.
