The Role – Pastoral Assistant
Qualiteach are looking for a committed Pastoral Assistant to join a specialist SEMH school based in Westminster. You will support students on both a one-to-one and group basis, focusing on emotional regulation, attendance, and wellbeing. The ideal candidate will have experience in a pastoral, mentoring, or behavioural support role and be confident in managing challenging situations with a calm, restorative approach.

The school provides a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for students aged 11–18 with SEMH needs. Staff are well-supported with access to regular CPD, supervision, and wellbeing sessions.
