Description

The Role

• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite and key decision-makers.
• Act as a connector between clients and ICT solutions leveraging cross-functional teams.
• Lead account planning sessions and coordinate client relationship activities.
• Identify and pursue cross-ICT sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Ensure operational excellence in client management (CRM updates account planning client satisfaction).
• Collaborate with Sales Effectiveness Team to maximize revenue-generating activities.
• Think strategically to uncover long-term client needs and opportunities

• Strong knowledge of the Specialty Insurance Market and its dynamics
• Proven experience in sales or relationship management.
• Commercial awareness of client needs and internal business priorities
• Ability to operate independently and set your own agenda
