Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Host/Hostess to Join our team at  Victoria & Albert Museum 

We are predominantly day time shifts, meaning we offer one of the best work-life balance in hospitality.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming smile
• Manage queues to reduce waiting time
• Manage reservations and ensure smooth seating arrangements
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with their needs
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
• Support waitstaff and other team members as needed

We are looking for experience in customer service, full training will be provided. However, a smile, dedication to exceeding customer expectations, and being a great team player are essential.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience as a host/hostess
• A friendly, positive attitude with excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team player who loves working with others
• Flexible availability, including weekends

We Offer:

Rate: £13.00 per hour

Shifts: 5 days out of 7

Contract: Full Time/ Permanent
