Assistant Financial Controller
This is a key role responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records and supporting the smooth running of the month-end process.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and develop a team of two Finance Assistants, providing guidance and support.
- Take full ownership of the month-end process, ensuring all books and records are clean, accurate, and compliant.
- Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations.
- Organise and oversee payment runs and supplier payments.
- Handle large volumes of data from multiple, disparate systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
