Insurance Technician - Aviation
Working in conjunction with Senior Technicians, the job holder is responsible for managing the administration and support processes in relation to clients’ insurance requirements. This is done in accordance with Group policy to achieve targets, develop the business, and deliver an excellent and comprehensive service.
As a Senior Technician, the role involves handling sophisticated technical tasks and projects within the insurance sector, working both independently and collaboratively to ensure accurate and efficient processing of insurance documentation. The position supports the development of standardised processes across the organisation and provides technical support to colleagues, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Experience in aviation insurance is desirable, and familiarity with Global XB is helpful.
