Marketing Executive (LifeCycle / Customer)
We’re Doctify
Doctify is the global platform built by doctors for doctors, on a mission to build the largest, most trusted global network of validated healthcare providers and experts. We connect patients with the right doctors, and doctors with respected peers, to ensure better care worldwide. Through verified patient reviews and professional skill endorsements, Doctify creates unmatched credibility for providers and empowers patients to choose care with confidence.
Founded in 2015 and backed by $30m+ in funding, Doctify operates across 6 countries. We are uniting the global healthcare community, one trusted connection at a time.
We do things differently here at Doctify, we are boldly leading a digital revolution in healthcare and are confident in our mission.
About The Role
This will be a hybrid position from our London office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in-office).
We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Marketing Executive (Lifecycle / Customer) to join the team at Doctify. You’ll be working directly with the Head of Growth Marketing to execute our strategy across the entire user journey - from the moment a doctor signs up to making them a superfan of the platform.
Your main playground will be email (HubSpot). But you will also master push notifications, organising #DoctifyEvents and work closely with our social/content team to make sure our B2B content resonates with busy clinicians.
The big goal? We’re on a mission to build the most fun app in healthcare. We want to move away from dry "medical" comms and use gamification to actually make doctors and clinic managers want to engage with us. You’ll be at the heart of executing that strategy.
You’ll be responsible for
Owning Customer Comms: Building and sending the emails and push notifications that keep our doctors and clinic managers coming back.
Product Updates & Reports: Turning technical updates and data reports into visually engaging, easy-to-digest content that shows our users the value they’re getting from Doctify.
Newsletter: Owning the end-to-end delivery of our B2B newsletter - curating the best content and making sure it's a "must-read" for our community.
Gamification & Rewards: Helping us bake "fun" into the product journey. You’ll be thinking about streaks, milestones, and rewards that turn product adoption into a game.
Events: Being the boots on the ground for our f2f events. You’ll turn logistics into seamless experiences that build real-world loyalty.
B2B Content Collaboration: You won’t be managing our social channels, but you’ll be the "internal client" - briefing the social/content team on what our doctors need to see.
Experimenting: We’re big on testing. You’ll have the space to try your ideas.
Reporting: Keeping an eye on the numbers. You’ll need to know what’s working, what’s flopping, and make recommendations on how we pivot.
About you
We hire for attitude and train for skill.
The Basics: 1-2 years of experience (ideally B2B SaaS, even better HealthTech). If you’ve used HubSpot for email marketing before, that’s a massive plus.
You’re a Self-Starter: If you don't know how to do something, your first instinct is to Google it, watch a tutorial, or test it out until it works.
You Give a S***: You hold yourself to a high standard. You double-check your links, you care about the "why" behind a campaign, you obsess over your KPIs, and you’re passionate about our mission.
Creative & Practical: You’ve got a good eye for design and can write copy that sounds like a human talking to another human.
Data Literate: You’re comfortable navigating a CRM and know your way around Google Sheets. You don’t need to be a data scientist, but you shouldn't be afraid of a spreadsheet or a pivot table.
