Housekeeper
• Uphold the household’s exceptional standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation at all times.
• Clean and stock rooms in line with established procedures and household standards.
• Ensure all waste and recycling is disposed of correctly in designated areas.
• Report any damages, repairs, or maintenance requirements promptly to the Head Housekeeper.
• Note and communicate any room discrepancies or missing items.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure replenishment as required.
• Support special projects or deep cleans as directed by the House Manager or Head Housekeeper.
• Adhere to all house rules, fire regulations, and departmental procedures.
• Wear the designated uniform and maintain a neat and professional appearance.
• Work flexibly to meet the demands of the household, including occasional changes to working days or hours.
• Carry out additional duties as required by management. Requirements
• Previous experience in a high-end private household, luxury hotel, or similar environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest standards.
• Excellent timekeeping and reliability.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Discretion, professionalism, and respect for privacy at all times.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts depending on household requirements. Location: Mayfair, London
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: 48 hours per week, flexibility required as all team members work on a rota
Salary: £45-£50,000 gross annual DOE
