🚀 We’re hiring: Director of Product Design (London, Hybrid) 🎨

This growing AI-focused design studio works with everyone from healthtech pioneers to global sustainability ventures. They’re helping startups secure funding with vision prototypes, building AI-powered platforms, and reimagining data-rich tools for impact.

Now, they’re looking for a Director of Product Design — someone who can sit shoulder-to-shoulder with the founder, lead projects end-to-end, and help shape the future of the studio.

🛠️ What you’ll bring

10+ years in product/service design (strategy → research → high-fidelity execution)

A proven track record leading teams and clients in studios, consultancies, or startups

Confidence pitching, shaping new work, and ideally bringing your own network

A maker’s mindset (you’re still hands-on when it matters)

Curiosity about AI, data-rich products, or complex systems

💡 What you’ll do

Win work: shape proposals, pitch, and build client relationships

Lead projects: run strategy, research, concepts, and execution

Stay hands-on: jump into Figma, Miro, or research when it counts

Grow the studio: shape its culture, reputation, and future trajectory
