Executive Assistant
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including diary and email management.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements efficiently and accurately.
- If you have used Share-point for internal communications platforms before, such as the intranet.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence as required.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist with project coordination and ensure deadlines are met effectively.
- Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors to support smooth operations.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
