Job Title: Technical Designer (Full Time, Permanent)
Salary: Negotiable
Core Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm, Monday – Friday
Location: London
Reporting to: Design Director

Role Overview
As a Technical Designer, you’ll be integral to bringing bold design concepts to life. You’ll be involved from the early stages of projects through to completion, producing technical outputs that ensure creative ideas are delivered with precision and quality. This role blends problem-solving, technical detailing, and collaboration with designers and contractors to make innovative workspaces a reality.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing Revit base build information to support the design team in space planning
- Coordinating technical content for pitches, pre-construction packs and construction documentation
- Delivering accurate Revit outputs at each project stage
- Supporting designers on-site and providing solutions to contractor queries
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-driven designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should bring a balance of technical expertise and creative curiosity, with the confidence to take ownership of challenges and drive them forward.
Essential skills and experience include:
- Proficiency in Revit and technical design delivery
- Architectural training with strong attention to detail
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a positive, energetic approach
- Experience managing deadlines in a dynamic, project-driven environment
- Excellent collaboration skills, plus the confidence to work independently when required
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with UK building systems, regulations and construction methods
