We are a privately owned national facilities management with 3 offices across the UK, specialising in hard services including Mechanical, Electrical and Building Services for over 20 years. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Static Electrician to take responsibility for electrical systems across a static site in Piccadilly Circus. The role involves ensuring compliance, overseeing planned and reactive maintenance, and providing technical leadership to ensure high standards of service delivery

Key Responsibilities


Dealing with all electrical systems on-site, acting as the point of contact for technical issues.
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works on LV electrical systems, emergency lighting, fire alarms, distribution boards, and associated equipment.
Ensure statutory compliance with electrical safety and company policies.
Liaise with the client and provide technical advice to maintain strong working relationships.
Identify opportunities for system improvements and energy efficiency.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
Support other building services as required. Requirements


Recognised Electrical qualification (City & Guilds Level 3, NVQ, or equivalent).
18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations.
Proven experience in a senior or lead role within a building services/facilities environment.
Strong technical knowledge of LV systems, fire alarms, and emergency lighting.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage contractors and support team members.
Health & Safety awareness with a proactive approach. Desirable:


Testing & inspection (2391 or equivalent).
Knowledge of BMS controls and other M&E systems.
