In this role you willsupport onthe Affiliatesstrategy and performanceacrossforboth the Shark & Ninja brands playinga crucial role in delivering further growth intheUKfor2026and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management Manage the day-to-day operations of the UK affiliate programsfor Shark & Ninja ensuring alignment with business goals and driving incremental revenue growth.

  • Recruitment & Onboarding Identify engage and onboard high-quality affiliates to expand the UK affiliate network and enhance overall program performance.

  • PublisherManagement Build andmaintainstrong partnerships with affiliates andournetwork partners (AWIN) offering ongoing support communication and strategic guidance to maximise engagement and results.

  • Performance Monitoring & Optimisation Track andanalyseaffiliate performance metrics toidentifytrends opportunities and areas for improvementprovidingactionable insights to the Senior Affiliates Manager and Performance Marketing Manager.

  • Reporting & Insights Produce and present regular performance reports highlighting key metrics trends and optimisation opportunities to drive continued growth.

  • Commission & Compliance Management Assist in managing commission structuresvalidatingsales and ensuring compliance with program policies tomaintainprogram integrity.

  • Creative Assets Work closely with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling promotional assets including banners and content to support affiliate partners in driving conversions.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration Communicate key updates promotions and insights to internal teams such as DTC Merchandising and wider marketing teams ensuring a cohesive approach to affiliate marketing.

  • Technology & Industry Trends Stay up to date with the latest affiliate marketing tools technologies and industry trends implementing best practices to improve efficiency and performance.

About you:

  • At least2years experience inAffiliates(Ideally working onaneCommerce brand)
  • A strong commercial acumen and results driven
  • A motivated self-starter who is ambitious & curious with a desire to testnew ideas
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work with a variety of styles and personalities
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a proventrack recordof being able to multitask
  • Advanced data manipulation skills strong Excel knowledge is essential
