Finance Manager, Retail Development
Job Description
We are looking for a commercially-focused Finance Manager to join our LEGO Retail Finance team . This role focuses on optimi s ing the store portfolio by managing new openings, relocations, lease renewals, and sustainability efforts, while providing financial insights to enhance the overall performance and strategic growth of the retail network .

Core Responsibilities
In this role you will be the Finance Business Partner supporting the Retail Development function. More specifically you will :
• Deliver business cases for global new store openings & relocations
• Own store lease renewals and real estate management
• Assist in the delivery of the annual planning cycle
• Support partners with sustainability agenda for stores
• Act as a key business partner to the real estate and store expansion teams
• Provide insights and analysis into post investment performance

LEGO Retail Finance consists of ~20 colleagues based across Europe, the US and Asia. You will report into the Senior Finance Business Partner for Retail Stores (who reports to the Stores Finance Director).
Do you have what it takes?
Experience working within the finance area in a global organisation. This includes experience within commercial finance and business partnering
Finance experience within a retail business is highly preferred. Experience business partnering the property department on store expansion is desirable.
Experience building complex financial models to support business cases
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Organised and structured way s of working
Analytical approach, enjoying getting to the route of issues and making improvements
Comfortable challenging and influencing key partners
Proficient in Excel, SAP and PowerPoint

The salary for this position has a range of $107,885.00-161,827.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
