Technical Project Manager
- Lead strategic transformation programmes and cross-functional technology initiatives.
- Build and maintain integrated project plans across application, data, security, infrastructure, product and operational workstreams.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies and change to ensure successful delivery.
- Facilitate discovery workshops and problem-definition sessions to clarify objectives and requirements.
- Assess technical, business and product requirements for quality, traceability and alignment to outcomes.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, alignment and adoption across multiple business functions.
- Plan and coordinate transitions, cutovers, hypercare activities and capability mobilisation efforts.
- Support business readiness, change management and customer-impacting technology changes.
- Track benefits, delivery outcomes and readiness indicators to support decision-making.
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Produce concise governance reporting covering progress, risks, dependencies and key decisions.
- Utilise delivery data and AI-enabled tools to improve planning, reporting and risk identification.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, expenditure tracking and financial performance.
- Ensure adherence to PMO governance, documentation and project controls.
