As our UK business continues to grow, we are looking for a Legal Intern to join our Legal team, working closely with our Senior Legal Counsel. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your legal skills within a fast paced, international and stimulating in-house environment. This is a fixed-term contract until the end of 2026.
The Opportunity
As our Legal Intern, you will gain hands on exposure to a broad range of legal matters supporting Sephora UK’s business. You will partner with teams across the organisation, contributing to day to day legal activities while developing a strong foundation in commercial, regulatory and compliance focused work.
This role offers real learning and the opportunity to grow alongside an experienced Senior Legal Counsel in a globally recognised organisation.
You Will Also Be Responsible For:
- Keeping up to date with relevant legal and industry developments and sharing key updates with stakeholders
- Researching a wide range of topics impacting Sephora UK, including advertising, commercial contracts, data protection, ethics and compliance, sustainability, intellectual property and real estate
- Supporting and advising internal teams such as Marketing, eCommerce, PR & Events, HR, Logistics, IT, Real Estate and Finance
- Assisting with the review, drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts
- Supporting contract organisation, tracking and monitoring processes
- Helping to prepare reporting on legal activity and priorities

- Hands on in house legal experience within a fast growing UK business
- Exposure to a broad range of legal areas including contracts, consumer law, data protection and ethics & compliance

- Collaboration with legal colleagues in the UK and internationally across Sephora and the wider LVMH Group
- The chance to learn and develop alongside an experienced Senior Legal Counsel (15 PQE)
What You’ll Bring
- A curious, proactive mindset with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
- A law degree (LLB, GDL or equivalent)
- Candidates who have completed or are pursuing the LPC or SQE are encouraged to apply
- An interest or foundational knowledge in contract law, data protection and compliance
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, with curiosity around AI and legal technology
- Eligibility to work in the UK
