Junior Campaign Manager (Maternity Cover) (Hiring Immediately)
ITG is growing, and we're looking for people who can help us in the delivery of our award-winning email marketing campaigns. With 3-billion emails, mobile messages, and push notifications delivered last year; and an ever-increasing client base, we're looking for people who can keep up with fast-paced work and always have the client's requirements at the forefront of their mind.
You will be responsible for working closely with the CRM team to deliver email campaigns across a number of customers in a fast-paced working environment. You will be working in a Customer Service team that deliver email design, HTML build of email campaigns, QC procedures and testing, and full deployment. You will work in collaboration with the Studio and eCRM Production to ensure all email campaigns meet the high standard that we work to and go through the full quality control process before deploying to the desired customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively liaise with the client’s marketing team on all email campaigns.
- End-to-end management of campaigns and projects, from initial concept to deployment.
- Day-to-day customer relationship management – internal and clients directly.
- Improve performance and efficiencies through reporting and optimisation.
- Construct detailed reports to analyse performance and sales data to help identify areas of growth on the client account.
- Liaise between the design team, data team, developers and client team, completing briefs for each department.
- Ensuring all deadlines are met for each stage of a project and campaign.
- To understand creative and technical components of online marketing.
- Understanding of CRM platform technology.
- You will gain an excellent understanding of response driven email marketing.
Requirements
- First and foremost, you should be customer centric. Our people go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service, every time.
- Experience with CRM processing and systems is preferable.
- You won’t be micromanaged here; the ability to manage your own time and deliver quality and accuracy, at pace is essential.
- Demonstrate ability to manage client expectations and to pro-actively resolve client issues when they occur.
- Experience within a marketing agency is ideal.
- Show us an ability to understand and appreciate creative and technical components of online marketing.
- Relevant computer skills – proficient in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Flexible and able to work in a fast paced, hard-working environment and demonstrate commitment to the role and to drive development.
- Email marketing and digital experience would be preferable.
- An analytical mind, you can show you have an understanding of data.
