As a Club Concierge, you are the face and heartbeat of the club floor. Your role is to elevate the member experience every day by engaging with members, resolving issues quickly and confidently, and driving participation in all aspects of club life. You'll bring the David Lloyd Clubs experience to life through exceptional service, proactive communication, and genuine care for every member interaction You will b ring the DL Clubs ethos to life through warm, proactive, and solution-focused member engagement. Ensure every member leaves the club feeling valued and supported, you will also s pend your time on the floor connecting with members: answering questions, resolving concerns, and building strong relationships that enhance satisfaction and loyalty Our Team Members are at the heart of what we do.
