ROLE OVERVIEW: OMNES is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of E-Commerce to lead and scale our online retail operations. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in fashion e-commerce, with extensive experience using Shopify. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving our digital strategy, enhancing the customer experience, and achieving our growth objectives. As Senior E-commerce Manager, you will report directly to the CEO and work closely with various departments to align our online presence with our mission and values. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement an e-commerce strategy that aligns with OMNES’s mission to revolutionize the fashion industry through sustainable practices. Platform Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Shopify platform, ensuring seamless functionality and an optimal user experience. Performance Optimisation: Analyse key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement in traffic, conversion, average order value, and customer retention. Customer Experience: Enhance the online shopping experience by implementing user-friendly features and resolving any customer service issues promptly. Inventory Management: Work with the supply chain and merchandising teams to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the e-commerce team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Reporting: Provide regular reports to the CEO on e-commerce performance, trends, and opportunities for growth. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion e-commerce sector. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Shopify and other e-commerce platforms. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Leadership: Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams. Passion for Sustainability: Deep commitment to sustainable fashion and ethical business practices.
