Geography Teacher
You would be working in a successful Humanities faculty teaching Geography across KS3, KS4 and KS5. The department is passionate about helping students understand the world around them and developing their awareness of environmental, social and economic issues on both a local and global scale.
Students study a broad and engaging curriculum including climate change, natural hazards, urbanisation, sustainability, global development and resource management. The department places a strong emphasis on fieldwork, independent enquiry and critical thinking, helping students develop the skills required for academic success and future careers.
Teachers work collaboratively to create engaging lessons and ensure students of all abilities are challenged and supported effectively. The department has a strong record of examination success and regularly organises field trips and enrichment opportunities to enhance learning.
