Tax & Incentives Knowledge Lawyer
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing, delivering, and evolving the knowledge plan for the Corporate Tax & Incentives team
- Leading knowledge-sharing initiatives and promoting a collaborative learning culture across the practice
- Facilitating technical know-how and legal update meetings
- Creating and maintaining precedents, practice notes, guidance materials, toolkits, clause banks, and other knowledge resources
- Monitoring legal and market developments across corporate tax, private capital, investment funds, and asset management structures, and translating these into practical guidance
- Producing current awareness updates, technical bulletins, and knowledge communications
- Designing and delivering legal training programmes for lawyers at all levels
- Supporting fee earners with technical queries, legal research, and knowledge resources
- Working closely with research and information services teams to maximise the value of external resources
- Managing the legal training budget for the group
- Supporting the creation of client-facing articles, insights, thought leadership, and business development content
- Contributing to business transformation, innovation, and operational improvement projects
- Supporting the adoption and effective use of AI, legal technology, and knowledge management tools
- Working collaboratively across departments to embed best practice, consistency, and scalable ways of working
