About the Role
As a Lettings Negotiator , you will play a key role in driving lettings activity, delivering outstanding customer service, and helping clients find their perfect property match. You will:
- Register and engage with new applicants, maintaining regular and proactive communication
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Arrange, organise, and conduct property viewings.
- Negotiate offers and manage the lettings process on behalf of clients.
- Demonstrate a detailed understanding of the local property market.
- Collaborate closely with your Manager to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team targets.
- Work collaboratively across departments, referring business where appropriate.
About You
You will be an energetic, driven individual with a genuine passion for property and customer service. The ideal candidate will have:

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- The confidence to work both independently and as part of a team.
- The ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A full, clean driving licence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
