Private Shopping Events Executive
Our Private Shopping team is now looking for an Events Executive to support the delivery of extraordinary experiences for some of the world’s most discerning clients. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a best-in-class events programme in one of the most luxurious private shopping environments globally.
About the Role
As a Private Shopping Events Executive, you’ll support the planning, coordination, and delivery of a diverse calendar of luxury events and experiences hosted in the Harrods Private Shopping Penthouse. Working closely with the Events Manager and stakeholders across Client Engagement, Client Experience, and our wider business, you’ll help bring memorable activations to life – whether they’re intimate in-store dinners, brand showcases, or high-impact seasonal moments.
From preparing logistics and schedules, to liaising with suppliers and ensuring seamless on-the-day delivery, your role is to ensure our private clients receive flawless, detail-led event experiences that deepen their relationship with Harrods. You’ll also support the continuous improvement of our events programme, capturing feedback and identifying opportunities to elevate future experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with the day-to-day coordination and execution of the Private Shopping events calendar
Managing key logistics including timelines, documentation, tracking and on-site operational support Liaising with internal teams across Private Shopping, CRM, Loyalty and Marketing to align client targeting and guest list curation Supporting risk assessments and event health & safety documentation Building and maintaining strong relationships with luxury brand partners, suppliers, and event stakeholders Supporting post-event analysis, reporting on outcomes and identifying future improvements Attending and supporting events on-site, including evenings and occasional weekends as required This is an on-site role based at our Knightsbridge store, with occasional out-of-hours work aligned to the events calendar.About You
You’ll be a highly organised, proactive and polished events professional with a passion for luxury experiences and high attention to detail. You understand the expectations of ultra high-net worth individuals and know how to work discreetly, efficiently and with complete professionalism at all times.
You will:
Have experience in supporting luxury or high-profile events with multiple moving parts
Be confident liaising with senior stakeholders and suppliers, both internally and externally Demonstrate excellent planning and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities calmly Have great written and verbal communication skills, and a collaborative team-player mindset Be data-minded and detail-driven, ensuring deadlines and service levels are consistently met Show curiosity and creative flair, always looking for ways to innovate and improve the client experienceAbout Us
