As a Room Attendant, you’ll play a key part in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests by ensuring that all rooms are cleaned and presented to the highest standard. Whether it’s a guest’s first impression or a returning visitor’s expectation, your eye for detail and commitment to cleanliness will make all the difference.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and prepare guest rooms to luxury hotel standards

Restock amenities and linen as needed

Report any maintenance issues or lost property

Follow health and safety procedures, including COSHH and manual handling

Ensure corridors and service areas are tidy at all times

Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally

Work efficiently and collaboratively with the wider housekeeping and front office teams

Salary: £14.04 p/h + service charge, plus benefits
