We’re on the hunt for 2 x Full Stack Software Engineer who thrives across the stack; from sleek front-end experiences to robust back-end integrations and infrastructure as code. You’ll take ownership of our digital platform’s user interfaces (web, app, etc.) and stitch together third-party tools to craft seamless, scalable solutions.

What to expect in the role:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable full-stack applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and security across all layers of the application stack.
• Own the end-to-end front-end experience, from user interface development to optimising user interaction and accessibility across various platforms (web, mobile apps).
• Develop and manage back-end services and APIs, ensuring seamless integration with front-end components and external systems.
• Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions, automating provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes to ensure reliable and efficient operations.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate user stories and design mockups into high-quality, shippable code.
• Actively participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools and agentic code creation techniques to accelerate development, improve code quality, and automate repetitive tasks.
• Integrate and manage third-party services and APIs, ensuring optimal performance, security, and data flow within the overall system architecture.

What you’ll already have:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer, with expertise in both front-end and back-end development.
• Strong proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js) and associated technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Solid experience with back-end programming languages (e.g., .NET, Python, Node.js, Java, Go) and frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and API design (REST, GraphQL).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform).
• Understanding software development best practices, including version control (Git), testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team
