Senior Category Manager (Food): Grocery
- Develop and implement category strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Directly lead and manage a team of 2 Category Managers.
- Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and retail partners.
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Lead category reviews and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the development of marketing plans to enhance product visibility.
- Ensure effective implementation of category initiatives across the FMCG sector.
