PA/ Office Manager
You will be working with two other PAs, they are hiring a third as the business is continuing to grow. The role will help the other PAs support the C-Suite, it will also take on some project work. But this role will have a little more focus on office management. They have just moved into a larger office which is a beautiful town house in central London. You will order supplies, look after contracts with external suppliers, meet and greet those arriving, although there isn't a Reception area as such so you wouldn't be based on reception. You will also provide some support to the PAs with diary management and travel booking for the senior level executives. This is a hybrid role and you will be working with a truly fantastic company. They are really professional and more corporate than not, but very supportive and a wonderful group of people.
