Data Analyst
We are looking for a Data Annotator / Data Analyst to support the development and evaluation of cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on with data, has a strong eye for detail, and is excited to collaborate with data scientists and engineers to improve model performance. This is a contract until 31/12/2026 working hybrid 3 days on site in London paying £238.82 daily PAYE.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring high-quality datasets that directly influence how intelligent systems learn and evolve.
What you’ll be doing
- Annotating and labelling datasets for a range of AI and machine learning use cases
- Ensuring annotations are accurate, consistent, and aligned with defined guidelines
- Analysing annotated data to identify patterns, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborating closely with data scientists and ML engineers to refine annotation strategies
- Using annotation tools (e.g. Label Studio or similar) to manage, review, and maintain datasets
- Performing basic data processing and validation using Python and related technologies
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- Experience annotating datasets for AI or machine learning applications
- Hands-on experience with annotation tools (e.g. Label Studio or similar platforms)
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams
- Some experience with Python is preferred
- Experience with data processing technologies such as PySpark is a plus
- Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based data workflows is desirable
