Your Role, Your Impact
As a Business Development Regional Director, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy in London. This is a high-profile, strategic role where you'll identify new opportunities, build trusted relationships, and deliver bespoke solutions to an evolving client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute a regional business development strategy focused on expanding FirstPort's presence in the London market.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with RMCs, RTMs, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Confidently pitch and present tailored property management solutions that meet diverse client needs.
- Conduct market research to anticipate trends, competitor activity, and emerging customer expectations.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships that support retention and future growth.
- Attend industry networking events and represent FirstPort at key forums and meetings.
- Work closely with the Head of Business Development and Regional Director to ensure alignment with wider company goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and exceptional service delivery.
- Generate leads by leveraging an established network of property professionals.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and contribute to strategic growth initiatives across London.
- Minimum 5+ years of senior-level experience in residential property management (ideally TPI Level 3 or above).
- Proven success in business development and client acquisition, ideally within the property sector.
- Strong knowledge of RMCs, RTMs, and developer needs and expectations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic mindset with strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
