Chartered Building Surveyor in London Area
Job description
We are seeking a MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor (post-ATC) with experience in commercial property, office refurbishments, and tenant fit-outs to join our team in London. This role offers exposure to high-value projects across the capital, with strong career development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and manage commercial refurbishment and fit-out projects (£1m–£10m)
- Provide project management and contract administration services
- Carry out technical due diligence and dilapidations assessments
- Build client relationships and lead project teams to successful delivery
Requirements
- MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor (post-ATC)
- 4+ years’ building surveying experience, ideally in commercial works
- Strong technical knowledge of construction, contract law, and building safety
- Excellent communication, client-facing and organisational skills
