Dental Practice Manager – Independent Mixed Practice with Bonus Scheme Available
Location: Near Wimbledon, London

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Practice Manager to join an acclaimed, independent dental practice near Wimbledon. This is a fantastic chance to lead daily operations within a friendly, well-structured environment , where strong team culture and efficient management are at the heart of the practice’s success.

The Role:

• Full-time role available – Monday to Friday
• £35,000 per annum bonus scheme
• Day-to-day focus on administration and operational duties to support your team
• CQC knowledge highly desirable
• Payroll responsibilities included – training provided on necessary platforms
• Excellent opportunity for career progression and professional growth
• High consideration for Assistant Dental Managers, Lead Nurses, Lead Receptionists/TCO applicants looking to move into Practice Management
• Support from a friendly and pro-active Business Manager
• Practice cannot offer visa sponsorship
• Start date ideally from October 2025 – flexible for the right candidate

About the Practice:

• Independent mixed practice – good balance between NHS and Private patients
• Mid-sized practice, all surgeries air-conditioned with natural light
• Long-established patient list and strong local reputation
• Principal Dentist present in practice 1–2 days per week
• Recently modernised facilities and well-equipped surgeries
• System for Dentists software
• High end equipment including: Belmont Chairs, Carestream and 3Shape Trios Intraoral Scanners , CBCT scanner, Rotary Endo, Electrosurgery, and Apex Locator.

• Dentist and Nursing Team, including a dedicated Decon Nurse
• Hygiene Therapists
• Treatment Coordinators
• Present Business Manager and Principal Dentist
• A sociable, collaborative team environment that encourages staff development
