As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Groundsperson / Second Climber to join our team.

The Role:
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and develop. Groundwork or climbing experience would be beneficial, but is not essential — we’re happy to invest in and train the right candidate.

You’ll support the lead climber, help keep jobs running smoothly and safely on site, and have the opportunity to develop your skills in both ground operations and climbing.

Preferred Skills

Requirements:

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
• Previous experience in tree surgery, landscaping, or outdoor manual work is beneficial, but not essential
• CS30 & CS31 (Chainsaw Maintenance and Felling) preferred, though training can be provided for the right candidate
• CS38 (Climbing & Aerial Rescue) beneficial but not essential
• Full UK driving licence preferred
