Insurance Customer Service Advisor - Motor Insurance

Location: Hybrid – London or Manchester office
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per annum + performance bonuses

What you’ll be doing:

• Escalating complex cases (e.g., serious claims or disputes) to the appropriate team

• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date customer records in the CRM system

What we’re looking for:

• Previous customer service experience (insurance, automotive, or finance is a bonus)

• Excellent communication skills – clear, friendly, and solution-focused

• A confident problem-solver who enjoys delivering great customer experiences
