Pottery Teacher / Assistant - Manchester's Newest Pottery Studio We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic pottery teacher and assistant. We're opening our first location in Manchester and we need a team of awesome, fun, polite, enthusiastic teachers with bags of personality.
Our classes are bring your own booze classes, so guests often bring a class of wine or a beer to enjoy while learning the basics of throwing. Guests come to us to experience something new with their friends and family. Must be able to throw on a wheel, and help students during the class.
Classes are between 6-18 people, with an assistant helping if classes are more than 10-12 people. Our set up is very unique, meaning it's easy to help many people easily, without hurting your back.
Job requires class prep, teaching during the class, and some post class clean up to. We pay well for classes because we use the best teachers and assistants, but pay will depend on experience.
