  • Drive delivery across multiple teams against a single clear plan, making sure that all contributors understand the plan, and their role in delivery
  • Be responsible for improving our customer facing flights proposition & driving critical cross-capability initiatives to drive improvements to our rate competitiveness & cost of sale
  • Partner closely with the Flight Supply commercial team to analyse marketplace health and performance, focusing on identifying opportunities to improve our product range, pricing, and quality to drive commercial growth.
  • Partner closely with our Flight Supply, Search & Checkout platform teams, bringing travel domain expertise and customer & supplier analysis (qualitative and quantitative) to inform their roadmaps on critical projects like flight & supplier selection, flight ancillary display, cost of sale optimisation & flight resales.
  • You will analyse customer contact data and feedback in collaboration with our Customer Service teams to pinpoint issues and friction points, proposing targeted improvements to our flights booking journey to increase customer satisfaction and LTV.
