Senior Performance Marketing Manager
ABOUT RIXO
RIXO’s story began in the London living room of best friends Henrietta & Orlagh, born from their passion for vintage.
Our philosophy is to evoke a wanderlust & free spirit in all our wearers, filling a gap in the market with easy-to-wear, feminine shapes and high-quality materials. Always inclusive, always empowering, we create a fusion of original hand-painted prints and timeless silhouettes to flatter every woman, irrespective of age, season, size, nationality or time of day.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our paid media and affiliate strategy as we bring activity in-house. This is a pivotal role within our digital team - ideal for a hands-on, data-driven marketer ready to transition from agency life into a fast-paced, creative fashion retail environment.
You’ll be responsible for delivering performance across Google, Meta, and affiliate channels, managing budgets, overseeing optimisation, and mentoring a Paid Media Executive. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we drive profitable customer acquisition, balancing brand storytelling with commercial results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and own the paid media strategy across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and Meta, ensuring campaigns align with trading and brand priorities
- Oversee affiliate marketing activity from a performance and budget perspective, collaborating with partners or networks to support acquisition and retention goals
- Manage budget allocation, pacing, and forecasting across all performance channels
- Lead campaign setup, optimisation, and creative testing, ensuring best-in-class execution and continuous performance improvement
- Support day-to-day campaign uploads, QA checks, and monitoring of account health across all platforms to ensure consistent performance and accuracy
- Monitor key acquisition metrics including Cost per Acquisition (CPA), Cost per Order (CPO), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), delivering actionable insights and recommendations
- Work closely with analytics and e-commerce teams to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and data integrity
- Produce regular reporting and analysis, presenting performance insights to the wider marketing and leadership teams
- Collaborate with creative, CRM, and merchandising teams to ensure paid activity supports broader trading and storytelling goals
- Stay on top of platform updates, trends, and fashion industry shifts, using insights to inform strategy and innovation
ABOUT YOU
- 5+ years’ experience in performance marketing, with hands-on management of Google and Meta campaigns
- A solid understanding of affiliate marketing principles, performance models, and how affiliates contribute to acquisition and conversion strategies
- Prior agency background with deep operational knowledge and the drive to move in-house
- Experience with e-commerce clients (ideally in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle)
- Track record of delivering profitable growth through data-driven optimisation
- Excellent grasp of e-commerce metrics, especially CPA, CPO, ROAS, and LTV
- Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Looker Studio, and tracking platforms
- Commercially minded with strong communication and influencing skills
