This isn't your typical legal role

Forget siloed legal departments. As our Legal Counsel, you'll be at the heart of business operations, working face-to-face with our London team 4 days a week, embedded within our innovative Business Operations Hub. You'll report directly to our Chief Legal & Sustainability Officer and have the unique opportunity to build the legal function alongside our growth trajectory.

You'll thrive here if you:

Have 3-4 years post-qualification experience with at least 2 years in-house
Combine strong commercial acumen with pragmatic legal thinking

Your impact areas:

Commercial Excellence : Draft and negotiate customer agreements (with a focus on public sector frameworks) and supplier agreements, managing full contract lifecycles

Strategic Advisory : Provide commercially focused legal guidance across employment, data protection, public procurement for customer frameworks, procurement/supply chain, and regulatory compliance

Innovation Leadership : Navigate IP protection for proprietary technologies and advise on AI/emerging tech legal frameworks

Operational Excellence : Develop legal systems and processes that scale with our growth

Risk Management : Support dispute resolution and ensure regulatory compliance across IT consultancy operations
