TeacherActive are looking for a dedicated and experienced SEND & SEMH Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a fantastic primary school in Tower Hamlets .

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children with SEND, SEMH and additional needs , helping pupils build confidence, manage their emotions and achieve their full potential.

The Role:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday

• Supporting pupils with SEND and SEMH needs

• Providing 1:1 and small-group support

• Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour

• Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and the wider support team

• Helping pupils engage positively with learning and school life

We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience supporting children with SEND and/or SEMH

• Strong understanding of behaviour and emotional regulation

• A patient, nurturing and resilient approach

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Experience working within a primary school setting is desirable

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
