We are looking for an ambitious Relationship Director, Transactional Banking & Cash Management to grow strategic client relationships, helping businesses with their transactional banking, cash management, liquidity and deposit needs.

The Role

This is a relationship management and business development role focused on building strong client relationships and growing our transactional banking, cash management and deposit franchise.

You'll use your commercial expertise, network and knowledge of your market to identify opportunities, win new relationships and understand clients' banking, liquidity and cash management requirements.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and execute strategies to attract new client relationships and stable, low-cost deposits.

• Build and grow a portfolio of transactional banking, liquidity and deposit relationships.

• Drive acquisition of Business Current Accounts and Business Savings Accounts.

• Identify new business opportunities across target sectors, markets and regions.

• Develop trusted relationships with clients, understanding their transactional banking, cash management, treasury and liquidity requirements.

• Build and develop your external network, generating new opportunities and referrals.

• Work closely with colleagues across the Bank to deliver excellent client outcomes.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and performance to identify growth opportunities.

• Represent Cynergy Bank at industry events, networking opportunities and client meetings.

• Contribute to the ongoing development of the Bank's transactional banking, cash management and liquidity proposition.

• Growing deposit balances and high-quality client relationships.

• Winning new Business Current Account and Business Savings relationships.

• Building a strong pipeline of prospective clients.

• Developing an effective network of clients, introducers, intermediaries and professional contacts.

• Delivering against agreed commercial and relationship objectives.

• Contributing to the continued development of Cynergy's transactional banking and cash management proposition.

• Supporting the Bank's broader funding and growth strategy.
