What your team does
This is a high-impact Account Executive role at the forefront of redefining how the worlds most sophisticated legal teams work. Youll be part of a team of AEs selling Clios category-defining AI and legal technology solutions to the most prestigious law firms and corporate legal departments in the countrydriving change in an industry thats ready for transformation. As an Enterprise Account Executive youll have the opportunity to shape the companys growth and elevate execution.
Who you are
You are a proven account executive who thrives in complex consultative enterprise environments. You know what it takes to navigate the legal market and command the room with senior partners general counsel and C-level executives. You bring a track record of success selling into AmLaw 150 firms and a deep understanding of what it takes to shape and close large multi-stakeholder deals.
What youll work on
Own a named account list and drive the full sales cyclefrom prospecting and qualification to contract close.
Lead product demos and executive meetings that connect legal pain points to clear business outcomes.
Build strong lasting relationships with legal buyersfrom innovation leads to practice heads to C-suite decision-makers.
Work cross-functionally with product customer success and marketing to shape messaging and support success.
Help evolve our sales playbook by capturing learnings and identifying scalable strategies.
Represent vLex at industry events and conferences building thought leadership and visibility across the market.
Bring client feedback directly to the product team to help guide roadmap priorities.
What you may have
A proven track record of exceeding quota in B2B SaaS sales ideally in legaltech.
Consultative selling skillsyou ask smart questions read the room and translate product features into customer impact.
Experience running complex multi-threaded deals with stakeholders across functions and seniority levels.
High proficiency with CRM tools and sales metrics.
Willingness to travel to client meetings and events as needed
Strong business acumen and ability to align sales motions with company strategy.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Demonstrate a keen interest in improving your craft by using AI
Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Highly organized with strong project management skills.

*Our salary bands are designed to reflect the range of skills and experience needed for the position and to allow room for growth at Clio. For experienced individuals we typically hire at or around the midpoint of the band. The top portion of the salary band is reserved for employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. Those who are new to the role may join below the midpoint and develop their skills over time. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
