Travel Marketing Manager

This is an exciting and varied position responsible for executing commercial and marketing plans to build brand visibility, revenue growth, customer acquisition and retention.

Travel Marketing & Commercial Manager Duties:
- Shaping the strategic direction of the brand while driving measurable commercial growth. It combines strategic ownership, digital expertise, and brand leadership.
- Manage and optimise paid media activity, including PPC and display advertising, ensuring strong ROI.
- Oversee SEO performance, including content optimisation and technical enhancements to drive organic search growth.
- Ensure the website is optimised for UX, mobile and conversion, working with developers and designers where needed.
- Oversee and develop content for web, blog and social media to support storytelling, engagement and SEO.
- Manage email marketing and CRM campaigns, including segmentation and personalisation.
- Support brand visibility through social media, organic content and digital partnerships.
- Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM reporting).
- Lead, mentor, and support a small team, providing feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.
Travel Marketing & Commercial Manager – Essential Requirements:
- Strong digital marketing skills within the travel industry is imperative.
- Hands-on marketing experience across digital and offline channels, with a focus on performance and ROI.
- Led initiatives by putting your own ideas forward rather than relying on an external agency, with experience implementing these strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with confidence in representing the business externally.
- Experience leading and developing small teams.
- Happy to work hybrid 2 days a week in the office – locations ideal for the role includes Hampshire, Surrey, London and surrounding.
