Role
We are currently looking for an In Room Dining Associate to join our team of associates in In Room Dining at Rosewood London. Our In Room Dining Associates are appointed to provide our resident guests with a dining experience within the privacy and comfort of their room.
Key expectations of this role are
• Ensures the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times.
• Has a thorough understanding of culinary and beverage service skills to better deliver an all-round In Room Dining experience to our guests
• Demonstrates excellent telephone etiquette and handling skills to ensure timely delivery and completion of guest centered tasks and requests.
• Ensuring the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times.
Profile
• The ability to work in a team and build relationships with the others.
• Being organised and proactive in managing your tasks.
• Having a passion for guest service as well as food and drinks.
• Being able to communicate clearly and effectively.
