Antzara Organisation, a growing sales and marketing company based in East London (Dalston) is expanding our team and seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join our fast-paced and fun sales environment.
No sales experience? No problem! We provide full training and ongoing mentorship, making this an ideal opportunity for anyone eager to grow in the sales industry or build long lasting skills.
If you’ve worked in retail, hospitality, customer service, marketing or travel , you’ll already have the people skills that will help you excel even faster.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Represent Antzara Organisation and our partner brands in person, providing a friendly and professional experience.
- Sales Generation: Understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales.
- Brand Representation: Deliver exceptional service and product knowledge at various in-person sales events across East London.
- Achieve Goals: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Team Collaboration: Share insights and contribute to a high-performing team culture.
- Market Awareness: Help boost brand visibility and awareness in the local community.
What We’re Looking For
- Availability for full-time work (Monday to Friday) – optional Saturdays.
- Right to work in the UK (no restrictions).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented.
- Resilient, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills.
- A genuine enthusiasm for sales and working with people.
Additional Information
