Project Manager
At Hill, we’re creating more than places to live—we’re building places people are proud to call home. As a Project Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of high-value developments, steering teams and processes from concept to completion.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee delivery of large-scale projects (£30m+) safely, on time, and within budget
- Lead multidisciplinary site teams including construction, commercial, and technical colleagues
- Drive compliance, build quality and client satisfaction through clear planning and collaboration
- Champion health & safety, CDM responsibilities, and ISO quality systems on site
- Act as the key point of contact for clients, consultants, and statutory authorities
What we’re looking for:
- Degree qualified or NVQ Level 7 in Construction Management
- Chartered membership of a professional body (desirable)
- Experience leading complex developments and managing cross-functional teams
- Skilled in CDM, contract management and programme planning
- Proficiency in ASTA Power Projects and strong commercial acumen
