Support team development by guiding peers, reviewing referrals, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality service. Work closely with internal departments to streamline processes and deliver seamless, client-focused solutions. Act as a reliable point of contact for priority clients, anticipating needs and delivering tailored, responsive support. Essential skills Proven expertise in underwriting complex Property and Casualty risks, ideally at Senior level, or high-performing P&C Underwriter ready to step up Track record of dealing with large and/or complex risks and cases Proven ability to manage broker relationships that fuel growth
