Admin & Client Support Executive 2026
Role Overview
We’re looking for an Admin & Client Support Executive to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role combining client-facing support with agency operational responsibilities. You’ll assist on projects for key clients, ensuring smooth delivery, while also taking ownership of essential internal tasks that keep the agency running efficiently. This role is ideal for someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive – someone who enjoys juggling multiple priorities and thrives in a creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Project support
- Assist Account Managers in delivering client projects on time and within scope.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, strategy, production) to ensure deadlines are met.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action points.
- Support in compiling reports, presentations, and campaign summaries.
- Assist with social media channel administration and website content update tasks.
Agency Operations
- Manage diaries and schedule meetings for senior leadership.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks (invoicing, expense tracking, liaising with finance).
- Proofread client-facing documents and internal materials for accuracy and tone.
- Maintain organised records and project documentation.
- Assist with office administration and supplier coordination.
What we're looking for:
- Bravely Curious: You’re not afraid to ask questions and explore new ways of working.
- Collaborative: You back the team, share the load, and celebrate wins together.
- Detail-Oriented & Caring: You give a shit about getting things right – for clients and for the team.
- Positive & Energetic: You chase joy in your work and bring enthusiasm to every task.
- Driven for Excellence: You strive for brilliance in everything you do.
Skills & experience:
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail and ability to proofread accurately.
- Comfortable with basic financial admin (training provided if needed).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
- Previous experience in a client or customer service role is desirable but not essential.
What we offer:
- A dynamic, creative work environment.
- Opportunities to grow into account management or operations leadership.
- A supportive and collaborative team.
- Exciting work, and opportunity to work closely with clients.
- Competitive salary.
- Flexible working arrangements.
