Talent Manager
ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Talent Manager to join the Patriksson Talent London team as we continue to expand our operations across the UK and Europe. In this role, you will represent a portfolio of UK-based and international social media talents, supporting their business growth and managing brand collaborations from start to finish.As a Talent Manager you key role is to be an agent, combining strategic thinking and proactive sales with structured execution management. You will nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential brand partners—primarily within Fashion, Beauty, Health, Travel, and Lifestyle—and turn these into commercially successful collaborations.
The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic industry, manages multiple projects simultaneously, and works seamlessly across teams in London, Stockholm, Paris and beyond.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Represent and manage a select roster of Talents, ensuring their strategic growth and development.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of collaborations—from planning and briefings to execution and reporting.
- Drive sales by identifying and approaching new clients, preparing tailored proposals, and negotiating contracts.
- Take ownership of budgets, meeting both individual Talent sales goals and overall business objectives.
- Identify potential new Talents and partake in growing our Talent portfolio.
- Conduct client and market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular financial and performance reporting to management and the finance team.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Patriksson Talent, representing the agency at key industry events and nurturing valuable professional relationships
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with a proven record of successful sales. (Experience in Talent or Profile representation is a plus.)
- Excellent project management and administrative abilities.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
- Combines strong independent initiative with a collaborative team spirit.
- Ambitious, proactive, and service-minded.
- Fluent in English.
- Deep understanding of social media, influencer marketing, and digital culture.
